Why is it that whenever we ingest a lot of salt, we feel the need to drink liquids? Our body is always seeking balance. And few diets are as effective as the macrobiotic diet. More than a cuisine, it is a whole way of life, which develops harmony between our yin (gentle, reflective, and aesthetic) and yang (active, dynamic, and outgoing) sides.
