The launch of this new website is in line with our mission, which is to promote Azorean writers, encouraging readers to the same, by reading and promoting the books. Thus, we created and online store, where you can consult and purchase your favorite books, in the comfort and safety of your home.

Thinking about our readers’ comfort, we have divided the online store into several categories, such as: Azorean; Literature; Poetry; Social and Human Sciences; Children; Personal Development; Comics; Art; Cuisine and Wines; Religion; Nutritionist, Health and Welfare, Tourism and others.

Our online store has several payment methods such as Paypal, ATM reference, bank transfer and MbWay. In addition, the store was integrated with Facebook and Instagram, allowing for a simple and quick purchase for those who visit our page.

We also optimized the website, using SEO strategies. This allows, when searching for a certain book or author, Livraria SolMar to appear among the first page results on Google. Therefore, we can be closer to our readers.

An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate was also implemented, an encryption technology that aims to increase navigation security, that is, to make your experience on the website safer, without violating your rights.
