This work aims to discuss whether – and if so, how – individuals may take a position in the face of an opinion issued by the Advisory Council of the Attorney General’s Office which is unfavorable to their claims or which has unfavorable effects on their legal spheres. It is important to know whether these opinions may be considered – and if so, how and in what circumstances – administrative acts which are autonomous and directly subject to review.
